I think that in BOB Plaza there should be a NPC called BOB, but not directly called BOB.

Hence, Bartholomew Octavian Brown was born!

He looks like the regular BOB and he tells you about the game and the different worlds and items ect. He is found after you come from Imagination Gardens and after you get off your rocket.
